About the RoleWe are looking for a high-ownershipCluster Team Lead (Manager Level)who can managemultiple Team Leads (TLs)and drive performance across alarge inside sales cluster of 6080 telesales executives.
This isNOTan individual contributor or TL role.
You willlead TLs, managecluster P&L, drivedaily sales operations, and ensurepredictable revenue outcomes.
Ideal for aSales Manager / Cluster Managerin a high-velocity B2B inside-sales environment.
What You Will OwnTeam Leadership- Manage67 Team Leads, each handling 1012 reps (total 6080 inside sales executives)
- Drive TL performance viadaily reviews, coaching, escalations & discipline
- Ensurehiring, onboarding, and ramp-upof new TLs and executives
Revenue & Operations- Owncluster revenue targetsand drive monthly & quarterly closures
- Rundaily cluster-level standups, pipeline reviews, and forecasting
- Ensurehigh-quality follow-ups, talk time, and lead management
Governance & Productivity- StrengthenCRM compliance and forecasting accuracyacross all TLs
- Reviewrep and TL-level KPIsevery day and fix gaps immediately
- EnsureSOP adherence, pitch consistency, and script optimisation
Performance Coaching- Coach TLs on:
- call quality & listening
- objection handling
- time management
- closure strategies
- Conductweekly coaching sessionsand build a performance-driven culture
Escalations & Quality- Handlehigh-value customer escalations
- Managestuck dealsand unblock TLs
- Ensurezero leakagesof leads and CRM flows
What We're Looking ForExperience- 59 years total experiencein inside sales
- 3+ years managing Team Leads
- Must have ledat least 4080 inside sales repsthrough TLs
- Experience inB2B sales / SME sales / SaaS / telecom / fintechpreferred
- Experience inhigh-velocity calling environments(100300 calls/day per rep)
Skills & Competencies- Strong revenue ownership mindset
- High discipline in daily reviews & execution
- Excellent people management & tough conversations
- Ability to identify performance issues early and fix them fast
- Strong command over CRM systems (Zoho/HubSpot/LeadSquared/Salesforce)
- Comfort withExcel / MISand daily dashboards
- Ability to maintainhigh energy and motivationacross the floor
