Roles & Responsibility:

Business Growth & AUM

• Drive AUM, SIP, and revenue growth across the assigned cluster
• Execute regional sales strategies aligned with national objectives
• Identify new business opportunities and untapped markets

Channel Management

• Manage and expand relationships with:
• IFAs & MFDs
• National/Regional Distributors
• Banks, NBFCs, Wealth Platforms
• Ensure distributor activation, productivity, and retention

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and manage Regional / Branch / Area Sales Managers
• Set targets, review performance, and conduct regular business reviews
• Build a high-performance, compliant sales culture
