Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. The Cluster Manager will oversee and lead a team of sales and service professionals, ensuring the achievement of business targets in areas such as housing and vehicle loan distribution. Key responsibilities include monitoring team performance, developing and implementing strategies to grow the customer base, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and overseeing day-to-day operational activities. The role also involves driving the team to provide superior customer experiences and ensuring compliance with regulatory policies.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively
- Strong sales and business development acumen, with a background in financial services, loan distribution, or related industries
- Proficient in relationship management, customer service, and client retention strategies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines and adapt to dynamic business environments
- Understanding of financial products such as housing loans, vehicle loans, mutual funds, and other financial instruments
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Prior experience in a similar managerial role will be considered an advantage
