Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Manager located in Hyderabad. As a Cluster Manager, you will oversee daily operations across multiple locations, ensure efficient logistics, and optimize workflows. You will manage teams, coordinate with internal departments, monitor key performance indicators, and ensure smooth execution of logistics processes. The role involves fostering strong relationships with clients, overseeing the adherence to service level agreements, and implementing strategies to enhance operational performance.

- Operations Management and Logistics expertise, including the ability to optimize workflows and oversee multiple operational sites
- Team Management and Leadership skills, with a proven ability to mentor and lead teams to achieve targets
- Analytical Thinking and Data-driven Decision-making skills for monitoring KPIs and process improvements
- Proficiency in Strategic Planning and Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with team members and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in industry-related software and tools
- Relevant educational background; an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a managerial role in logistics, transportation, or supply chain is an advantage
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic and fast-paced work environments
