Company Description
We're building instant home services for pets - grooming, walking, sitting, and vet visits at your doorstep. As Cluster Manager, you'll own the ground. Your job is to make sure every neighbourhood in your zone has enough quality service partners to meet demand - and then grow beyond it.
What you'll own
Own supply across your zones
You're responsible for supply health zone by zone - knowing where we have enough groomers, walkers, sitters, and vets, and where we're thin. You map the gaps before demand exposes them.
Recruit and onboard service partners
- Find and bring in groomers, pet walkers, sitters, and vet professionals - both experienced and freshers entering the pet care space. Run their onboarding end-to-end and get them live and active fast. You're not just signing them up; you're setting them up to succeed.
Expand into new neighbourhoods
- Identify high-demand pockets in your city, plan supply entry into those areas, and execute. You'll work closely with ops and growth to ensure new zones are supply-ready before we switch on demand there.
Report, learn, and improve
- Own your cluster's numbers - active supply count, coverage rate, onboarding conversion, partner retention. Share weekly updates with ops leadership and flag blockers before they become problems.
You're a fit if:
- 3 to 5 years in field operations, partner/vendor management, or hyperlocal supply roles - gig economy, home services, or marketplace experience is a strong plus.
- You're equally comfortable doing outreach, running onboarding sessions, and sitting down with a spreadsheet to track your cluster metrics.
- Strong on-ground hustle - you don't wait for leads to come to you, you go find them.
- Good with people - you can build trust quickly with service professionals from varied backgrounds.
- Knows your city well - the neighbourhoods, the density, where pet parents live and what they care about.
