Role Description
We are hiring for Cluster Manager, Property Manager, and Property Executive roles, all of which are full-time, on-site positions based in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing property and team performance, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining facilities, and addressing tenant-related concerns. Collaboration with administration and support teams will be key to delivering exceptional experiences and maintaining the quality of our services. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with operational and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Operational management skills, including property upkeep, maintenance coordination, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Team leadership and collaboration, including the ability to guide and support staff for seamless daily operations
- Strong customer service skills to effectively address tenant needs and provide a premium living experience
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle on-site challenges efficiently
- Organizational and time management skills to ensure smooth execution of tasks and responsibilities
- Proficiency in basic property or facility management tools and software is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for team coordination and tenant interaction
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, etc.) or equivalent professional experience
