Job Description
Be responsible for planning and executing the city-level targets along with your own OKRs
Handling a team of team leaders and 30 to 50 sales members
Be responsible to ensure that key productivity input metrics are met
Ability to preempt business risks and figure out a mitigation plan
Require strong analysis of various business parameters to figure out growth opportunities
Be responsible for leading and closely tracking experiments / pilots, if any, that are run time to time.
Be responsible for customer visits, revenue and cost of the team
Be responsible for training, attrition and hiring of tele-sales team members
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, HR and product.
Ensure the team is involved in effective communication of product features and benefits.
Engage with clients during the tele-sales process to address inquiries and provide additional information.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
Gather feedback from sales interactions and use it to improve presales strategies and materials.
Communicate customer insights to relevant teams for continuous improvement.
Take responsibility for real-time call queue management in order to ensure hygiene of input metrics.
EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Qualification should be MBA
5-7 yrs of relevant experience in handling a team inside sales.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Track record of over-achieving targets
Experience in driving productivity & performance metrics goals
Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM would be an added advantage
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Display a high level of professionalism, integrity, and maturity.
Understanding of home interiors domain will be an added advantage
