Job Purpose
Oversee KPI design and integration with system development and change management initiatives. Drive strategic monitoring frameworks and early warning systems aligned with organizational performance goals.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Collaborate with system development and change management teams to define KPIs for new and existing platforms.
- Ensure monitoring framework evolves with system upgrades and new integrations.
- Drive design and implementation of early warning signal systems for proactive monitoring. Followed by assessment and establishment of BCP solution for all critical process's tech solutions.
- Align monitoring KPIs with organizational performance and availability goals.
- Provide strategic input on monitoring tools, automation, and reporting frameworks.
- Present system performance insights to senior management on regular basis as part of Control Charts framework and recommend short / long-term improvements
Required Qualifications And Experience
- Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Operations, or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Work Experience
- 8+ years of experience in IT operations, system monitoring, or enterprise architecture.
- Strong expertise in API management, system integration, and monitoring frameworks.
- Proven ability to design KPIs and monitoring strategies at organizational scale.
- Excellent leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic thinking skills.
