Role Description

The Cluster Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. The role involves overseeing multiple salon outlets to ensure operational excellence, team efficiency, and financial performance. Key responsibilities include supervising salon managers, implementing business strategies, maintaining quality standards across salons, and meeting revenue targets. The Cluster Manager acts as a key liaison between headquarters and salon managers, ensuring adherence to Naturals vision and mission while fostering brand loyalty among customers and staff.

• Leadership and team management capabilities with experience in overseeing multi-unit operations.
• Proficiency in operations management, business strategy implementation, and financial planning.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of the beauty and wellness industry, including customer service standards and market trends.
• Proficiency in performance tracking, data analysis, and reporting to drive business goals.
• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to dynamic operational needs.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in the beauty and wellness industry or managing a multi-outlet operation is a plus.
