Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cluster Sales Manager based in Bengaluru. The role involves managing and leading the sales team within an assigned cluster, developing strategic sales plans, and identifying opportunities for market expansion. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, building strong client relationships, mentoring team members, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing sales data to drive growth and improve performance. The Cluster Sales Manager will also represent the company at events and act as a key figure in driving business success in the region.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in sales strategy development, sales planning, and meeting targets
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in market analysis, client relationship management, and account management
- Knowledge of telecommunication products, services, and VoIP solutions
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting for sales performance evaluation
- Experience in B2B and enterprise sales is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
