Cult.fit offers both online and offline experiences across fitness, nutrition and mental wellbeing all across India and now are present in 130+ locations across Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad. We are now standing at 600+ and many more to come! Gym - Sales and Operations Sales/Revenue:

Drive offline sales at centers to deliver revenue targets on a regular basis

Work with the central offline sales team to plan and execute initiatives at the center

Represent data on excel, and use data to report and review performance

Regular governance at business unit and execute interventions

Work on conversion and lead generation activities at the center through center managers Operations:

Implement and drive adherence to the prescribed SOPs

Ensure uniformity in experience across company and franchise operated Cult Gym setups

Handle conflicts and escalations (Internal and External) within specified timelines to ensure seamless operations

Conducting audits and spend time on-ground to ensure that the facilities are always new and always functional

ensure high center & equipment maintenance standards by working with on ground and facilities teams

Seamlessly roll out new operations processes by being the bridge between central and on ground teams People:

Responsible for ensuring that the resourcing/hiring is in line with the design number (CMs and Trainers)

Regular Performance management, mentoring and coaching of the team

Constantly share feedback received from members and trainers with central teams

Liaise with stakeholders (internal and external) to unblock and problem solve for issues wherever necessary

Lead by example and champion a positive work environment at the ground level.
