Purpose of the Job
The Cluster Manager will be responsible for leading and managing retail operations across MBO locations in the Rest of Tamil Nadu region. The role focuses on driving sales performance, ensuring excellent customer experience, strengthening brand visibility, and developing store teams. The incumbent will also collaborate closely with distributors and the marketing team to enhance brand presence and achieve business objectives.

Process Responsibilities
- Drive sales across MBO stores and implement strategies to improve revenue, productivity, and profitability
- Monitor and track sales performance, identify gaps, and take corrective actions to achieve targets
- Ensure effective inventory management across the territory including order planning, stock movement, consolidation, transfers, and minimizing shrinkage
- Analyze sales and stock data to solve business challenges and enable informed decision-making
- Manage fast-moving and slow-moving stock, new launches, and end-of-season products with appropriate action plans
- Ensure correct pricing of merchandise as per company guidelines across all MBO counters
- Share regular feedback with the central team on sales trends, stock position, and product performance
- Work closely with distributors to strengthen operations and drive business growth in the assigned territory
- Identify and evaluate potential MBO locations based on territory dynamics such as demographics, consumer behavior, and market potential
- Ensure timely execution of new store onboarding and expansion within MBO channels
- Maintain high standards of Visual Merchandising (VM) across all MBO counters in line with brand guidelines
- Ensure adherence to SOPs including stock transfers, petty cash approvals, and store maintenance requirements
