Cluster Manager/ Bancassurance Life Insurance sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business through the bancassurance channel with the help of a dedicated team.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and performance benchmarks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partner bank branches and their personnel.
• Ensure high levels of team productivity and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements:

• Team handling experience is mandatory preferably in Bancassurance.
• Candidates with 45 years of experience in the bancassurance channel and a proven track record in the insurance industry are preferred.
• Team handling experience from Direct or Alternate channels in life insurance is also acceptable.
• Must have career stability and a strong performance history.
• Only candidates from the insurance background will be considered.
• Resumes from other industries will not be accepted.

Preferred Background:

• Life Insurance (Bancassurance / Direct / Alternate Channels)
