Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cluster Manager, located in Bengaluru. The Cluster Manager will oversee multiple retail store operations, ensuring sales targets, operational efficiency, and business objectives are met. Responsibilities include driving performance, managing team members, monitoring inventory, implementing visual merchandising strategies, and maintaining brand standards. The Cluster Manager will collaborate with leadership and team members to optimize customer experience while analyzing data and performance metrics to improve profitability.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in motivating, coaching, and mentoring teams.
• Proficiency in retail operations, inventory management, and store performance analysis.
• Familiarity with visual merchandising and the ability to maintain brand guidelines across multiple stores.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate business metrics, identify trends, and implement improvement strategies.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage resources efficiently to drive profitability.
• Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field, and experience in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
