We are looking for a Cluster Lead - South to drive supply growth, vendor partnerships, and fulfillment operations across Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana. The role involves managing cluster managers and vendor partners, ensuring strong driver/rider supply pipelines to meet hiring demand from enterprise clients.
Supply Ownership
The core responsibilities for the job include the following:
- Own supply acquisition and fulfillment targets across South India clusters.
- Ensure strong driver/rider onboarding and activation to meet client demand.
Vendor Ecosystem
- Build and manage a large vendor and partner network for candidate sourcing.
- Improve vendor productivity and turnaround time.
Team Leadership
- Lead and manage Cluster Managers and Business Development Executives across the region.
- Track performance, set KPIs, and drive accountability.
Operational Excellence
- Improve key metrics including: Cost per hire, fulfillment rate, Activation rate, and Vendor turnaround time.
Market Expansion
- Support new city launches and client expansions across the South region.
Data And Reporting
- Track supply funnel, conversion rates, and cost metrics.
- Use data to identify risks and drive corrective actions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Channel Development, Merchant acquisition, and Vendor Management.
- Experience managing regional or multi-city operations teams.
- Strong vendor management and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly numbers-driven with strong operational execution ability.
