About the Role

We are looking for an experiencedCluster Insurance Managerto lead and manage the insurance functionforassigned countries inSouth EastAsia, India, and the Middle Eastclusters. In this role, you will support the InsuranceCenterof Expertise (CoE) for the AMEA region under theguidanceof theCoELead, ensuring strong governance, effective risk management, and consistent insurance processes across the cluster.

This position involves close coordination with Group Insurance Risk Financing (IRF), Zurich, the AMEACoE, and various internal stakeholders, including Legal, HR, Fleet, Real Estate, HSE, Finance & Accounting, and country leadership teamsetc.

Key Responsibilities

1. Insurance Program Governance

  • Ensure compliance with global and local insurance programs across all cluster countries.Oversee policy renewals, coverage adequacy assessments, and premium processing.
  • Support claims handling for both insured andself-insuredlosses.Manageinsurancerelatedactivities- Contract review, M&A,risk assessment, including gap analysis.Serve as deputy or backup for assigned responsibilities within the AMEA region whenrequired.

2. Cluster Communication & Process Harmonization

  • Enhance communication with all countries within the cluster.
  • Standardize and harmonize insurance processes to ensure a consistent operational approach.Identifytraining needs across countries and business areas. Conduct training programs and workshops on insurance governance and processes.

3. Risk Controls & Engineering Coordination

  • Support and alignriskcontrol initiatives with Group standards.
  • Coordinate Property Risk Engineering surveys, transport risk controls, and relatedriskmitigationactions.Participate in localrisk controlteams and related activities asrequired.

4. Broker & Insurer Relationship Management

  • Oversee broker and insurer relationships and performance across the cluster.
  • Ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLA).Lead premium and fee negotiations whilemonitoringservice delivery

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate, Postgraduate, orMaster's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Professional insurance qualification such as AIII / FIII / ACII / FCII (or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
  • 7-10 years of experience in a large corporate insurance team.
  • Experience with insurers, broking firms, or surveyors is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of corporate insurance programs and risk management practices.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability torepresentthe organization with external stakeholders and senior management.
  • Willingness to travel to cluster countries and remote locations whenrequired.
  • Ability tooperateeffectively in amulticountry, multicultural environment.
