Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for a Cluster Head at Tata Capital. In this role, the Cluster Head will oversee multiple branch operations, ensuring growth in revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include formulating and executing strategic plans, achieving sales targets, managing teams, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. The candidate will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and drive operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and relationship-building skills.
- In-depth knowledge of financial services, including Commercial Finance, Wealth Management, Consumer Loans, and related areas.
- Sales and business development expertise with a proven ability to achieve growth targets.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic planning skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Experience in handling compliance, risk management, and operational efficiency in financial services.
- Proficiency in using financial software and tools for performance analysis and reporting.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA certification preferred.
- Prior experience in a senior leadership role in the financial services or banking sector is an advantage.
