Role Description
This full-time hybrid role, based in Mumbai with some flexibility for remote work, involves managing the TASC (Trusts, Associations, Societies, and Clubs) and Government Business cluster operations. Responsibilities include driving business growth, building and maintaining relationships with government institutions and local authorities, and developing strategies to meet organizational goals. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams, strategic planning, and execution to achieve business targets. Ensuring compliance with regulations and representing the bank with external stakeholders are essential aspects of this position.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Government Relations and familiarity with Local Government operations
- Strong Communication skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Solid Analytical Skills to assess data and create informed strategies
- Experience working with public sector clients and fostering partnerships with government agencies
- Proven leadership ability and experience in managing teams
- Understanding of banking and financial products catering to TASC and government sectors
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Public Policy, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid work environment and manage tasks effectively
