Must have experience in General Insurance and Sme Corporate sales
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of SME corporate clients across property, liability, motor, health, and specialty lines
- Identify client needs and structure appropriate insurance program and renewals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision makers and insures.
- Coordinate the operations, claims, and compliance teams for effective service delivery
- Ensure retention of corporate clients through effective liaison and communication
Requirements
- Min 7-10 years exp in insurance broking/ corporate sales.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and client engagement.
- Excellent communication, negotiations and relationship management skills.
- Self-Driven with target Oriented approach
