Job Summary
We are looking for a Cluster Head – Wealth Management to lead and grow the wealth business for the assigned geography. The role will be responsible for managing HNI/UHNI client relationships, driving AUM and revenue growth for Wealth brand in the market, and leading a team of Relationship Managers to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead wealth management business for the assigned cluster/territory
- Manage and grow relationships with HNI and Ultra HNI clients
- Drive revenue, AUM and client acquisition targets
- Provide investment solutions based on customer financial goals and risk profile
- Guide and support Relationship Managers on portfolio strategy and client acquisition
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across the client portfolio
- Track market trends and provide strategic investment inputs
- Build and strengthen Wealth presence in the assigned geography
- Recruit, coach and manage team performance
- Review business pipeline, revenue and portfolio performance regularly
- Work closely with internal investment/research/compliance teams
Required Skills
- 5–7 years experience in Wealth Management / Private Banking / Investment Advisory
- Strong HNI / UHNI client handling experience
- Experience managing AUM and driving portfolio growth
- Team handling / leadership experience
- Strong understanding of Mutual Funds, Equities, Bonds, PMS and wealth products
- Business development and client acquisition experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
