Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Acquire new salary accounts and cross-sell third-party products (TPPs) within the assigned portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with department heads and key contact points at the corporate level.
  • Deepen engagement within empaneled corporate relationshipsboth through individual efforts and by managing Account Managers reporting to the KAM (Key Account Manager).
  • Ensure consistent salary credit inflows in all salary accounts sourced.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets for salary accounts and third-party product sales.
  • Drive corporate account activation and ongoing engagement to increase portfolio value.
