Role & Responsibilities
As Cluster Business Head for Loan Against Property (LAP), you'll lead the LAP business across a Cluster (5-7 Branches), focusing on achieving targets, managing teams, developing strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction, while adhering to company policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Secured loan Branch Managers to achieve Target every month.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales performance and customer acquisition.
- Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication skills.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity and economic indicators to stay ahead of the competition.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- He has to maintain the Portfolio quality of Secured branches of his Cluster.
- Proper Co-Ordination with Support team to ensure day-to-day activities.
