Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets, including cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase customer retention and referrals.
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, market research, and industry events.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while managing branch operations.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in home loans (LAP) & mortgages.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of financial products such as home loans against property (LAP), loan against property (LAP), etc. .
  • Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with customers and colleagues alike.
