Job Description - CluedIn Subject Matter Expert (SME) – (MDM)
Experience: 6 Years (Mandatory) CluedIn MDM platform
Location: Pan India
Notice Period: Immediate Joiner
Responsibilities
The CluedIn SME will be responsible for leading and executing a Proof of Concept (POC) to establish CluedIn as the system of mastery for cost centre–related master and reference data. The role focuses on mastering, governing, and managing hierarchical cost centre data and enabling seamless replication of approved golden records into Maconomy (ERP system), eliminating manual or parallel master data maintenance.
This role requires deep expertise in CluedIn MDM capabilities, data governance, hierarchical data modeling, and ERP integration.
Key Responsibilities
1. Master Data Management & Governance in CluedIn
- Design and implement ingestion of source data for:
- Cost Centres
- Cost Centre Hierarchies
- Configure data standardization, validation, and enrichment rules within CluedIn
- Create, manage, and maintain golden records for cost centre–related domains
- Implement and demonstrate basic data stewardship and approval workflows
- Ensure governed, auditable, and controlled master data lifecycle within CluedIn
2. Hierarchy Management & Foundational Data Modeling
- Design and manage hierarchical structures for cost centres within CluedIn
- Enable and demonstrate:
- Cost centre rollups
- Parent–child hierarchy management
- Establish and manage structural relationships between Cost Centres and:
- Functions
- Reporting Units
- Legal Entities
- Ensure hierarchy design supports downstream operational and reporting requirements
3. Integration & Replication to Maconomy (Critical Responsibility)
- Design and implement end-to-end replication of approved CluedIn golden records into Maconomy
- Ensure seamless data synchronization without manual intervention
- Validate that:
- Maconomy successfully consumes CluedIn-managed master data
- Replicated data is operationally usable within Maconomy
- Manual or parallel master data maintenance in Maconomy is eliminated for scoped domains
- Support configuration and testing of Maconomy using CluedIn as the authoritative data source
Mandatory
- Strong hands-on experience with CluedIn MDM platform
- Proven expertise in:
- Master and Reference Data Management
- Golden record creation and governance
- Hierarchical data modeling
- Experience designing and implementing data stewardship and approval workflows
- Strong understanding of ERP integrations, preferably with Maconomy or similar ERP systems
- Experience with data ingestion, validation, standardization, and replication patterns
