Job Description

Job Title       -   NetSuite Techno Functional Consultant

Experience   -   7 – 10 Years

Location      -    Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai

Notice           -    Immediate to 30 days

Requirement:-

·   Lead full-cycle NetSuite implementations including requirement analysis, solution design, technical development, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.

·   Work closely with business teams to understand functional processes across Financials, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, SCM, CRM, and Projects.

·   Design and implement NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript 1.0/2.0, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteTalk integrations.

·   Manage large-scale data migration activities including mapping, cleansing, validation, and loading.

·   Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, ensuring optimal application performance and user experience.

·   Provide subject-matter expertise on NetSuite best practices, system optimization, automation opportunities, and process improvements.

·   Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage enhancements, version upgrades, and release activities.

·   Prepare high-quality documentation: functional specs, technical designs, test plans, SOPs, and user training material.

·   Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring knowledge sharing and quality delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·   7+ years of strong techno-functional experience in Oracle NetSuite ERP.

·   Hands-on expertise in SuiteScript, workflows, saved searches, integrations, and configuration.

·   Solid understanding of financial and operational business processes.

·   Experience in leading implementations or large enhancement programs independently.

·   Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
