Job Description

Key Roles And Responsibilities

Prior exposure to luxury/premium real estate and international investor markets.
Build and maintain strong engagement with existing customers to drive repeat business and referral sales through loyalty programs.
Develop and implement corporate loyalty schemes, campaigns and events to increase brand recall and generate quality leads.
Organize property presentations, webinars, site visits and exclusive previews for corporate clients and their employees.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, CRM) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and exceptional customer experience.
Track performance metrics and generate reports on referral leads, loyalty conversions and corporate engagement levels.
Continuously explore new avenues for client engagement, feedback collection and loyalty building.
