Job Description

Key Roles And Responsibilities

  • Prior exposure to luxury/premium real estate and international investor markets.
  • Build and maintain strong engagement with existing customers to drive repeat business and referral sales through loyalty programs.
  • Develop and implement corporate loyalty schemes, campaigns and events to increase brand recall and generate quality leads.
  • Organize property presentations, webinars, site visits and exclusive previews for corporate clients and their employees.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, CRM) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and exceptional customer experience.
  • Track performance metrics and generate reports on referral leads, loyalty conversions and corporate engagement levels.
  • Continuously explore new avenues for client engagement, feedback collection and loyalty building.
