CloudOps Trainee TechOps

We are seeking a proactive and motivated CloudOps Trainee to join our Cloud Operations department. This is an entry-level position that offers an excellent opportunity to launch your career in cloud operations. You will work with a team of experienced professionals to maintain, monitor, and optimize our cloud infrastructure using technologies like AWS, VMware, and Nutanix.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor the health and performance of the cloud infrastructure to ensure seamless operations and identify areas for optimization.
• Technical Issue Resolution: Assist senior engineers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly.
• Installation & Configuration: Participate in the installation and configuration of AWS, VMware, and Nutanix components to ensure the robustness of our cloud systems.
• Collaborative Support: Work closely with the team to ensure the reliability, stability, and efficiency of our cloud-based systems.

Required Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 0-1 years of experience in IT service delivery management.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and exposure to AWS, Linux, Windows, VMware, or Nutanix is a strong advantage.
