CloudOps Trainees!
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day platform operations and maintenance, including system health monitoring, capacity planning, and performance optimization
- Assist in managing incident response processes, including troubleshooting issues, conducting root cause analysis, and documenting incidents
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools (Python, Bash) to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to enable smooth deployment of features, updates, and fixes
- Help ensure platform adherence to security standards and compliance requirements, working closely with security teams
- Participate in system monitoring and proactive issue identification to minimize downtime
- Maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and incident reports
- Prepare and share regular performance and operational reports with stakeholders
