Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a versatile Oracle Cloud Technical Specialist to join our IT team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our business processes and our technology stack. You will be responsible for supporting and extending our Oracle Fusion ERP environment, managing OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) resources, and developing robust data pipelines using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and Autonomous Database.

Key Responsibilities

  • ERP & Fusion Support : Provide technical support for Oracle Fusion ERP modules (Financials, SCM, or Projects), including troubleshooting, RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflow) development, and quarterly update testing.
  • OCI Management : Provision, configure, and monitor OCI resources (Compute, Storage, VCN). Ensure environment stability and optimize cloud resource consumption.
  • Data Integration (ETL/ELT) : Design and maintain complex data integration workflows using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) to sync data between Fusion ERP, legacy systems, and the data warehouse.
  • Database Administration : Manage and tune Oracle Autonomous Database (ATP/ADW) instances. Perform SQL/PL-SQL performance tuning and data modeling to support business analytics.
  • Data Warehousing : Build and optimize data warehouse schemas (Star/Snowflake) to enable high-performance reporting via OTBI and BI Publisher.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with functional leads to translate business requirements into technical specifications and lead minor-to-mid-sized implementation projects.

Technical Requirements

  • Oracle Fusion : 3+ years of experience with Fusion Cloud ERP technical architecture (FBDI, HDL, Spreadsheet Data Loader).
  • OCI & Autonomous DB : Proven experience managing OCI consoles and working with Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) or Transaction Processing (ATP).
  • ODI : Strong proficiency in Oracle Data Integrator (12c or Cloud), including Knowledge Modules (KMs), Load Plans, and agent management.
  • Languages : Advanced SQL and PL/SQL skills are mandatory. Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and Python is a plus.
  • Reporting : Experience with Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and Financial Reporting Studio (FRS).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or Oracle ERP Cloud certifications.
  • Experience with OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) for real-time integrations.
  • Understanding of DevOps practices in an Oracle environment (e.g., Visual Builder Studio).
