Job Title : Cloud Transformation Manager
We are looking for an experienced Cloud Transformation Manager to lead enterprise-wide cloud adoption and transformation initiatives. This role will be responsible for defining cloud strategy, driving migration programs, and enabling scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end cloud transformation programs, including assessment, planning, migration, and optimization
- Define and implement cloud strategy, architecture, and governance frameworks
- Collaborate with business, IT, and leadership teams to align cloud initiatives with organizational goals
- Drive application modernization and migration (rehosting, replatforming, refactoring) to cloud platforms
- Oversee multi-cloud/hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and data governance standards
- Manage program timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication
- Work closely with DevOps teams to enable CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure as code (IaC)
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and performance improvement in cloud environments
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and external partners

Requirements
- 12 to 16 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, or digital transformation roles
- Proven experience leading large-scale cloud transformation programs
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and cloud-native architectures
- Experience with DevOps practices, automation tools, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Understanding of enterprise architecture, security, and compliance frameworks
