Cloud - Team Lead

- Lead, mentor, and train a team of cloud engineers, managing workloads and conducting performance reviews.
- Design, deploy, and maintain secure and scalable cloud infrastructure on GCP, AWS and Azure.
- Align cloud strategies with business objectives, enhancing cost-efficiency (right-sizing) and security.
- Collaborate with developers, security teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering (AWS/Azure/GCP), with previous team management experience.
- Deep knowledge of cloud platforms
- Certified in AWS/Azure/GCP
- Proven ability to mentor, excellent communication, and strategic thinking.
- Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent
- System uptime and reliability (SLA adherence) for all support and implementation projects.
- Cost optimization metrics for all the customers
- Deployment frequency and change failure rate (DevOps performance).
- Team performance and skill development.
