Cloud Specialist – Customer Engineering

Location: Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Mangaluru, Udupi, Chennai

Role

Work with customers to understand their needs and design cloud-based solutions. This is a mix of technical, presales, and customer-facing work.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer business + technical requirements
• Design cloud solutions and architectures
• Support presales activities (demos, presentations, RFP/RFI)
• Build POCs / prototypes
• Suggest integration and implementation strategies
• Help customers optimize their cloud usage

Required Skills

• Experience in Cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Strong Full Stack + Solution Architecture knowledge
• Experience in presales / customer-facing roles
• Good communication & presentation skills
