Job Summary:

The L3 Cloud Specialist is responsible for the advanced management and optimization of cloud infrastructure and services. This role involves deep technical expertise in cloud architecture, deployment, and maintenance, ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of cloud environments. The specialist will work closely with other IT teams to support the company's cloud strategy and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Cloud Architecture & Design:

נDesign and implement complex cloud solutions to meet business requirements.

נDevelop and document architectural blueprints and detailed specifications.

2.Deployment & Configuration:

נDeploy and configure cloud services across various platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

נAutomate deployment processes using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.

3.Management & Monitoring:

נMonitor cloud environments to ensure optimal performance and availability.

נImplement and manage cloud monitoring tools and solutions.

נConduct regular performance tuning and capacity planning.

4.Security & Compliance:

נImplement and maintain cloud security best practices and policies.

נEnsure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

נConduct security assessments and audits.

5.Troubleshooting & Support:

נProvide L3 support for cloud-related incidents and problems.

נTroubleshoot and resolve complex cloud infrastructure issues.

נCollaborate with L1 and L2 support teams for incident resolution.

6.Continuous Improvement:

נStay updated with the latest cloud technologies and trends.

נPropose and implement improvements to existing cloud infrastructure.

נParticipate in disaster recovery planning and testing.

7.Collaboration & Training:

נWork closely with developers, DevOps, and other IT teams to integrate cloud solutions.

נMentor and train junior cloud specialists and support staff.

Qualifications:

Education:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

Experience:

נMinimum of 5 years of experience in cloud computing, with at least 2 years in an advanced (L3) role.

נProven experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Skills:

נStrong knowledge of cloud architecture and services.

נProficiency in scripting and automation (Python, PowerShell, etc.).

נExperience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

נFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

נExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

נStrong communication and teamwork abilities.

Certifications:
