We're seeking a Cloud Solution Architect (Exchange & Security) to support customers across messaging and security platforms for one of our key enterprise clients. This role suits a senior technical professional who enjoys customer engagement, proactive delivery, and solving complex challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the key technical resource and trusted advisor for customers
- Deliver proactive services including workshops, technical assessments, and expert guidance
- Design, implement, migrate, and optimise Exchange Online, On‑Premises, and Hybrid environments
- Lead reactive troubleshooting across availability, performance, mail flow, and security
- Provide best‑practice guidance across governance, compliance, and security
- Build strong customer relationships and align deliveries to project milestones
- Train customers and share industry and technical expertise
- Continuously learn, maintain certifications, and contribute to technical best practices
Key Requirements
- Strong experience with Exchange Server (2016/2019/SE), Exchange Online & Hybrid
- Hands‑on expertise in migrations, upgrades, decommissioning (non‑negotiable)
- Solid troubleshooting skills across deployment, configuration, HA, and performance
- Experience with EOP, MDO, mail flow, reporting, and Exchange PowerShell
- Knowledge of Microsoft Purview (eDiscovery, DLP, Auditing, Labels) highly desirable
- Confident communication skills with the ability to handle complex customer situations
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
