Job Description

Mandatory: Experience in GRC, IRM, Compliance and Policy module. Experience in configuring ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM modules. Experience using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, spokes and App Engine Studio Experience in integrating third party systems with ServiceNow.
Experience in developing ServiceNow scoped applications.
Experience in developing Service catalogs, workflows, Catalog scripts, macros etc.
Experience in ServiceNow Scripting like Scripted Rest APIs, Business rules, client scripts etc. Experience in using ServiceNow REST API, ACLs, data policy, notifications, email scripts etc.
Experience in Data load, transform creation and reporting capabilities.
Essential : ServiceNow System Admin Certification. ServiceNow Application development certification. Good analytical and troubleshooting skills. Good to have: Experience in ServiceNow automated testing.
