MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
. Oversee the end-to-end delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
. Act as the primary point of con tact for Cloud & Managed Apps domain, managing both internal teams an d external partners/vendors.
. Monitor and report on service performance, ensuring agreed-upon KPIs and SLAs are met or exceeded.
. Man age Incident resolution with relevant technical teams, make sure root cause analysis are shared on time
. Manage stakeholder communication, expectations, and satisfaction regarding Cloud an d Man aged App Services.
. Ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and best practices.LEAD TASKS
A successful Cloud Service Delivery Manager - ITSM
Technical Competencies
. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
.9+ years experience in IT infrastructure Service Delivery with Cloud, ITSM with at least 3 years in a management or team lead role.
. Experience managing multi-site or international teams is highly desirable.
. Certification ITIL FoundationProfessional Competencies & skills
. Ability to work effectively with people in different zones/cultures
. Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop Teams
. Strong organization and communication skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
. Analytical mindset, able to resolve conflicts and make decisions under pressure
. Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic and international environment
. Commitment to delivering high-quality , reliable and secure IT services
. Cybersecurity sensitivity
