Job Title: Cloud Sales Representative (US Market)

Location: NIBM, Pune (India)

Work Setup: On-site in Pune

Shift: US EST (6 PM IST)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Compensation: Fixed Salary + Uncapped Incentives

Role Overview

As a Cloud & Cybersecurity Presales Consultant, You Will

  • Grow existing accounts by maintaining strong client relationships
  • Manage account operations: respond to customer queries, forecast needs, arrange services, and process new product orders
  • Generate new leads and convert existing ones to drive business growth
  • Attend trade shows and industry conferences to represent our brand and solutions
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments through active participation in events

Your mission: Enable customers and partners to adopt Microsoft Cloud and Cybersecurity solutions through consultative selling and strategic engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with US-based customers and partners to understand business needs
  • Position Microsoft solutions for Cloud, Cybersecurity, and IT services
  • Drive presales activities, proposals, and solution presentations
  • Collaborate with technical teams for solution alignment
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports

What We're Looking For

  • Passion for Cloud & Cybersecurity technologies
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value
  • Experience in sales, presales, or business development (IT industry preferred)
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working with US clients
