As a Cloud & Cybersecurity Presales Consultant, You Will
- Grow existing accounts by maintaining strong client relationships
- Manage account operations: respond to customer queries, forecast needs, arrange services, and process new product orders
- Generate new leads and convert existing ones to drive business growth
- Attend trade shows and industry conferences to represent our brand and solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments through active participation in events
Your mission: Enable customers and partners to adopt Microsoft Cloud and Cybersecurity solutions through consultative selling and strategic engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with US-based customers and partners to understand business needs
- Position Microsoft solutions for Cloud, Cybersecurity, and IT services
- Drive presales activities, proposals, and solution presentations
- Collaborate with technical teams for solution alignment
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports
