Key Responsibilities
Capacity Monitoring & Planning
- Build, maintain, and enhance capacity dashboards to proactively identify network stockout risks
- Analyze bandwidth utilization, traffic patterns, latency, and throughput trends
- Forecast customer capacity requirements based on historical usage and growth trends
- Develop proactive strategies to prevent performance degradation and outages
Network Incident & Performance Management
- Investigate and resolve network incidents, outages, and connectivity issues linked to capacity constraints
- Apply structured troubleshooting methodologies to restore services quickly
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring capacity-related issues
- Ensure minimal downtime and adherence to SLA commitments
Monitoring & Optimization
- Continuously monitor network performance metrics and customer usage patterns
- Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Recommend network upgrades, reconfigurations, or scaling strategies where necessary
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Collaborate with Operations Lead, customer engineers, and cross-functional teams to resolve complex network issues
- Guide and support network engineers in troubleshooting and capacity planning efforts
- Drive operational excellence through best practices and process improvements
Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation including diagrams, configurations, and capacity data
- Document incidents, solutions, and capacity-related changes in the knowledge base
- Ensure documentation supports future troubleshooting and long-term capacity planning
