Summary:
As a Cloud Migration Engineer, you will provide a comprehensive assessment of existing solutions and infrastructure to facilitate their migration to the cloud. Your typical day will involve planning, delivering, and implementing application and data migration strategies that leverage both private and public cloud technologies. You will focus on creating scalable and high-performance solutions that drive next-generation business outcomes, collaborating with various teams to ensure a smooth transition and optimal performance in the cloud environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities in cloud migration.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of migrated applications to ensure they meet business requirements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong understanding of data architecture and design principles.
- Experience with data integration and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with cloud security best practices and compliance requirements.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
