Summary:

As a Cloud Migration Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating current systems and infrastructure to determine the best approach for transitioning to cloud environments. This role includes planning and executing the migration of applications and data, ensuring that the solutions implemented are scalable and deliver high performance. The position requires coordinating with various stakeholders to align migration strategies with business goals, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing any challenges that arise during the migration process. The engineer plays a key role in enabling organizations to leverage both private and public cloud technologies to achieve advanced business outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and execution of migration plans to ensure seamless transition to cloud platforms.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to optimize migration efforts.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Network Operations.
• Good To Have Skills: Network Infrastructures, Network Architecture and Design.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services, including private and public cloud environments.
• Experience with network configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting in cloud settings.
• Ability to design and implement scalable network solutions that support cloud migration objectives.
• Familiarity with security best practices and compliance requirements related to cloud network operations.

• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
