Requires deep technical ownership along with the ability to influence architecture, delivery, and engineering best practices.
Required Skills :
Strong expertise in Java (8+) and Spring Boot / Microservices architecture.
Extensive experience in API design, integration, and distributed systems.
Hands-on experience with event-driven architecture and messaging systems.
Strong understanding of database design and performance optimization.
Knowledge of API security (OAuth2, JWT).
Experience with cloud platforms (GCP) and CI/CD practices.
Preferred :
Experience leading teams and driving technical decisions at scale.
Exposure to Docker/Kubernetes and caching solutions like Redis.
Strong problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and ownership mindset.
