Cloud Infrastructure Lead

We are seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Lead to define and drive enterprise-wide cloud strategy across hybrid environments. The role focuses on leading transformation initiatives, ensuring governance and security, and building scalable, high-performing infrastructure aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute cloud and infrastructure strategy across Azure, AWS, and Microsoft 365
• Lead architecture design and roadmap planning for hybrid (on-prem + cloud) environments
• Own cloud transformation and migration programs end-to-end
• Establish infrastructure standards, governance policies, and best practices
• Drive security, compliance, and risk management in collaboration with security teams
• Manage identity and access frameworks (Active Directory, Entra ID, SSO, MFA)
• Ensure system availability, performance optimization, and cost governance (FinOps)
• Lead vendor management and partner engagements
• Oversee incident management and escalation (L3 level governance)
• Drive automation, DevOps adoption, and infrastructure standardization
• Build, mentor, and scale infrastructure teams
• Act as a key interface between business and technology stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8–10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and cloud environments
• Proven experience in leading cloud strategy and transformation initiatives
• Strong expertise in enterprise infrastructure (Windows Server, Active Directory, networking)
• Deep understanding of hybrid and multi-cloud architectures
• Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, and Microsoft 365
• Experience in governance, cost optimization, and large-scale cloud migrations
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills

Preferred:

• Experience in consulting, managed services, or large enterprise environments
• Exposure to security frameworks and compliance standards
• Cloud certifications (Azure/AWS – Architect level preferred)
