Role: Cloud HCI SME
Location: Bhubaneswar
Experience Required: 6 to 12 years
Education: B.E./B.Tech/MCA
Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Hyper-V, Hyper-V Clusters, CSV, S2D, and on-prem Active Directory.
- 23 years of hands-on experience with Azure Cloud, including provisioning, monitoring, automation, and dashboard creation.
- Ensure high availability, performance monitoring, patching, and troubleshooting of cloud services.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell/Python/Bash).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for deployment and smooth cloud operations.
- Maintain documentation of processes and troubleshooting guides.
- Operating system and application installation, patching, and upgrades.
- Preferred experience with Azure Stack HCI, IaaS/PaaS, and scripting.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux, networking, DevOps, virtualization, security, and recovery.
- Familiarity with ITSM processes (incident/change management).
- Certifications in Microsoft Azure, Linux, or related technologies are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
