Job Description
Assist in the monitoring, maintenance, and support of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, and systems).
Support cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) under the guidance of senior team members.
Perform basic system administration tasks (user account setup, backups, software updates).
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Must have completed formal training in IT Infrastructure or Cloud Computing.
Strong foundational knowledge of networking, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and hardware.
Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python) is an advantage.
Good communication skills and willingness to learn new technologies.Should have completed the technical graduation.
