Operating in the IT services and cloud transformation sector, this role supports enterprise cloud-native platforms, migrations, and managed infrastructure for customers across BFSI, retail, and healthcare. You will join a fast-paced engineering organisation focused on delivering secure, scalable, and cost-optimised cloud solutions.

Role: Lead Cloud Engineer (On-site, Noida) Primary title: Lead Cloud Engineer

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and delivery of cloud infrastructure for production workloadsdesign, review, and approve cloud-native solutions and reference architectures.
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) pipelines for repeatable provisioning, using Terraform/CloudFormation and Git-based workflows.
• Design, operate, and optimise container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes) including cluster lifecycle, autoscaling, and security hardening.
• Define and operate CI/CD pipelines, observability, and SRE practicesdrive metrics, SLIs/SLOs, alerts, and incident response playbooks.
• Ensure cloud security, governance, and cost-efficiencyimplement IAM, network segmentation, encryption, and tagging/cost-visibility controls.
• Mentor and grow a team of cloud engineers, perform technical hiring, and work closely with product and delivery stakeholders to meet timelines and SLAs.
