Role Overview
We are seeking a Cloud Engineer with strong hands-on experience in AWS, networking, security, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and automation across environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage AWS cloud infrastructure (EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, Route53, CloudWatch).
- Implement networking components (VPC, subnets, NAT, IGW, security groups, NACLs).
- Ensure cloud security best practices (IAM roles/policies, encryption, compliance).
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Automate deployments and configuration using CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
- Containerize applications using Docker and manage orchestration (Kubernetes preferred).
- Monitor and optimize cloud resources for performance and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with DevOps and security teams to ensure reliability and compliance.
Required Skills
- AWS Services: EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, Route53, CloudWatch.
- Networking & Security: VPC design, subnets, routing, firewalls, IAM policies.
- IaC: Terraform (mandatory).
- Programming: Python (for automation scripts).
- Containerization: Docker (Kubernetes is a plus).
- CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Jenkins.
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator.
- Experience with multi-cloud environments (Azure/GCP is a plus).
- Familiarity with SIEM tools (Splunk, Sentinel).
