Job Description

Designs, develops, and maintains cloud-based applications and solutions, providing innovative end-to-end technical solutions for mission-critical applications. Collaborates with project managers and development partners to ensure successful delivery, deployment, and support of cloud engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cloud Application Development: Design and develop simple to moderate cloud application features per specifications.
  • Testing & Automation: Design test plans, develop, execute, and automate test cases for assigned portions of code.
  • Deployment & Troubleshooting: Deploy code, monitor applications, and troubleshoot issues in application modules and deployment environments.
  • Innovation & Collaboration: Share and review technical ideas with peers, technical contributors, writers, and managers.
  • Problem Solving: Analyze complex data, system administration issues, or network concerns to develop and implement solutions.

Education & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative discipline. Master's degree desirable.
  • Typically 24 years of relevant experience.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, Golang, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with cloud-native applications, design methodologies, developer tools, managed services, and next-generation databases.
  • Understanding of DevOps practices including CI/CD and container orchestration using Kubernetes.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and apply them effectively in team environments.
