This position presents an exciting opportunity to explore and learn about the Jewelry & WEFA for the DigITal - International Business Division through the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. This is one of the main Mission critical infrastructures for Retail-POS-IBD team and backend operations as per the country specific.
Scope of the role:
Is responsible for providing comprehensive technical support for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure services. This role ensures that customers can effectively use OCI services by resolving issues, providing guidance, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
