Job Description
Must-have
- 8+ years in software/cloud architecture, platform engineering, or DevOps
- 4+ years hands-on AWS architecture experience in enterprise environments
- Strong knowledge of AWS core services: VPC, EC2, S3, IAM, RDS/Aurora, Route 53, CloudWatch, KMS, Lambda, API Gateway
- Experience in cloud-native architecture: microservices, APIs, event-driven design
- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code: Terraform preferred, CloudFormation acceptable
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
- Hands-on experience with containers and Kubernetes: Docker, EKS/K8s
- Experience with hybrid / on-prem to AWS migration
- Strong understanding of security architecture: IAM, encryption, secrets management, network segmentation, least privilege
- Experience with observability and reliability: logging, monitoring, tracing, alerting, resilience
- Ability to define reference architecture / target architecture
- Strong stakeholder communication with engineering, product, DevOps, SRE, and security teams
Good to have
- Experience in regulated environments: healthcare, medtech, finance, or similar
- Knowledge of healthcare interoperability: HL7, FHIR, DICOM, IHE
- Experience with multi-tenant SaaS/platform architecture
- Experience with FinOps / cloud cost optimization
- Familiarity with policy-as-code, compliance automation, secure SDLC
- Experience with serverless patterns
- Exposure to data platform / AI / ML / GenAI workloads on AWS
- Familiarity with agentic AI / automation orchestration concepts
- Experience with SRE / platform engineering operating models
Preferred certifications
- AWS Solutions Architect Associate or Professional
- AWS Security Specialty
- Kubernetes certification
- Terraform certification
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companyu2019s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companyu2019s main facilities, generally at the customersu2019 or suppliersu2019 locations.
