Cloud Administrator

Inspira Enterprise India is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Administrator to manage and optimize our complex multi-cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise across AWS, GCP, and Azure, coupled with strong capabilities in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), scripting, and CI/CD pipelines. You will play a critical role in monitoring, troubleshooting, and securing our cloud environments, contributing to high availability and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer complex multi-cloud environments, spanning AWS, GCP, and Azure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Monitor infrastructure performance diligently and troubleshoot complex issues at the L3 level, providing expert resolution for critical incidents.
• Design and implement automation scripts using robust tools like Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or Bicep to streamline operations and deployments.
• Optimize cloud cost, performance, and security in alignment with industry best practices and organizational policies.
• Support the deployment and maintenance of production, development, and staging environments, ensuring smooth releases and stable operations.
• Collaborate effectively with DevOps, Networking, and Security teams to ensure seamless cross-functional operations and integrated solutions.
• Implement and monitor comprehensive backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability strategies to ensure business continuity.
• Conduct thorough root cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents and service disruptions, implementing preventive measures.
• Stay updated with evolving cloud technologies and proactively recommend improvements and innovative solutions.
• Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation to provide critical incident support, ensuring continuous service availability.

Technical Skills

• Cloud Platforms: Deep expertise in core services across AWS, GCP, and Azure, including but not limited to EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, AKS, GKE, App Services, Lambda, Azure Functions, Compute Engine, Networking, Storage.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Hands-on proficiency with major IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, ARM Templates, and CloudFormation.
• Scripting: Strong scripting capabilities in PowerShell, Python, or Bash for automation and operational tasks.
• CI/CD Pipelines: Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• ls: Proficient in using cloud-native and third-party monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Stackdriver, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Security & Governance: Solid knowledge of IAM (Identity and Access Management), RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), security groups, network policies, and compliance frameworks in cloud environments.
• Containers & Orchestration: Familiarity with containerization technologies like Kubernetes and Docker, and managed Kubernetes services such as AKS, GKE, and EKS.

Certifications (Preferred)

• AWS Certified SysOps Administrator / Solutions Architect Associate or Professional
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Architect Expert
• Google Associate Cloud Engineer or Professional Cloud Architect
